Center For Family and Community Services

The Center for Family and Community Services, Inc. (CFCS) is a grassroots
community-based charitable 501 (3)c organization that was established in 1987
by Lexington-Fayette County community members.  The initial purpose of the
organization was to address concerns regarding reports of students’ low
academic performances, adolescents’ drug use and sexually transmitted
diseases.  Over the years the CFCS has evolved into an educational and social
services agency that addresses the needs of children and families who are
educationally or economically disadvantaged.

What We Do

We host 21st Century After-School Programs at several schools within Fayette County.

Programs for the 2010-2011 School Year:
